When you embark on a trek in Bhutan, you can expect a comprehensive and well-organized experience. Here’s what is typically provided:

Bhutan Trekking Guide, Chef and Support Staff:
Every trekking group is lead by a certified and experienced Trekking Guide and a Licensed Trekking Chef. They are supported by assistants and Horse/Yak men. They ensure all your needs are taken care of throughout the day. The support team moves ahead of the group each day to set up camp, including pitching the tents before you arrive. In the morning, they greet you with a hot cup of tea and a basin of warm water for washing, which feels absolutely delightful. There will be at least 5 staff including the guide and the Chef for a trek group of 2 people. For a group of 10 – 15 people there will be at least 10 – 12 crew members including a guide and a chef.
Meals during your Trek in Bhutan:
3 meals a day with evening tea shall be provided. Delicious and varied meals prepared even in remote mountain locations. All meals are thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast is always hot, and dinner offers at least four different dishes. You don’t need to bring food, though energy bars or trail mixes for the walk are optional. Our chefs create delicious meals at any altitude, often better than city hotels. You’ll enjoy a variety of native, Chinese, Indian, and continental dishes. Breakfast includes toast, eggs, juice, tea, coffee, sausages, and hams, along with oatmeal, drinking chocolate, baked beans, and peanut butter. Hot packed lunches feature rice, noodles, vegetables, meat, fruits, boiled eggs or potatoes, and juices. Evening tea/coffee comes with biscuits, peanuts, or salted popcorn. Dinner starts with soup, followed by a main course of meat (yak, chicken, fish, pork, or beef) and vegetables, served with white or local red rice, fruits, and tea/coffee.
Logistics and Local Support during your Trek in Bhutan:
All logistics, including transportation to and from the trek starting point, are taken care of. Use Local horses and yaks are used for carrying equipment and supplies supporting the local communities. Around 8 horses will be required to carry supplies and equipments for a group of 2 trekkers and around 40 horses shall be required for a group of 10 – 15 people. Please note that you will have to carry your own bag pack of personal belongiongs
